I will run for the presidency. If today I run for the presidency I am pretty sure I will win And salvage the Nation To end the commotion For I value communication, But if today I run for the presidency, And never win at all For I can afford to lose, To salvage the Nation; I should end the commotion By simple communication I need to congratulate the winner, And if I will never run for the presidency, Someone will still win And many others lose There will still be commotion As the winner celebrates And others protest For they all communicate their minds, If today we rise to vote in the president, And our person wins Or loses with a vote Still, we can shout loudly And protest against the commotion As we celebrate democracy For I will run for the presidency Kelvin Omondi.
